Our services
1:1 coaching
As your coach, I hold a space for you to explore what changes you want to make in your life and work.
This is done by looking at the following:
1. Where you are now, what challenges you face in work and life, and identifying ways to get support and tools.
2. Where you want to be, what tasks or activities give you energy, and how you can identify your strengths and utilise these in your life and work. Working with your Neurodiversity brain, not against it.
