Growing up in Colorado I’ve always had a connection with nature and God.🤍

Started my clean eating journey about 10 years ago. Eliminating gluten from my diet, and starting to lean toward whole foods, that have more nutrient dense ingredients.

Fast forward to 2017, I had a life altering stroke, which led me to become, whole food plant-based(WFPB).
Which really skyrocketed my clean eating journey.
I am a thriving WFPB, 43-year-old, wife, mama, stroke recoverer!
Learning to live again, one moment at a time.

How do I make this all happen? Through a BEAUTIFUL little thing called entrepreneurship!
Watching women step in to the person that they truly created for.
Ignites my deepest passions helping women REDISCOVER who they have always been.
