A community that works body + mind
We meet monthly at different locations across DC. Everywhere from restaurants to cafes, fitness studios to herb shops. Though the backdrop changes the mission stays the same: we work our bodies and minds, together 🤗
Well Read packs a one-two punch 👊
1️⃣ We start with 45-60 minutes of a wellness (e.g. yoga, meditation, breath work, HIIT, boxing). This is a celebration of everything our bodies can do.
2️⃣ We finish our time together with an article discussion, delving into the 💩 that matters...personal finance, friendship, love, career, social justice, diet culture, and so much more.
The goal is to get vulnerable and hopefully meet some new friends along the way.
