My name is Lilly and I am a Certified NASM personal trainer, Precision Nutrition specialist, and a LesMills SPRINT certified instructor. I have been working in the health and fitness industry for the past 4 years locally in the Rio Grande Valley, and my biggest passion & purpose is helping others thrive and feel their best!

No individual is the same, and that is what makes each and every one of us so special! As such, all services rendered are tailored to each and every one of you! ♥️

My Journey

A little bit about me…

My journey began when I, a 5’0 ft gal, found myself at my heaviest - 200lbs.

I had just ended a 4 year relationship and found myself lost, and with zero self confidence.

I had no where to start and started doing what we all may first know to do- eat less and do A LOT of cardio! 😅

Back in 2010 there was not as much information widely accessible as we see today. When I was in search of help I got a 1,200 kcal “nutrition plan” and found myself loosing weight! I was excited, but was hardly eating a thing, and at times feeling guilty for eating more than the 8 almonds prescribed 🥴. When my “cheat meal” came around I found myself having no self control!

Soon I came to find out my hormones were completely imbalanced. Experiencing hair loss, unable to control body temperature, and feeling fatigued majority of the time.

I felt helpless and confused. As I searched for answers I took the first step in my journey and became a certified personal trainer through NASM, and shortly after invested in Precision Nutrition along with many more books to help me understand how my body works, and how to get myself back to normality.

My history of yo-yo dieting is long behind me. I am sustaining a healthy weight along with a healthy lifestyle that allows me to feel strong, and partake in so many physical activities I have found I LOVE such as long distance endurance cycling. I’ve been able to clock a mile at 6:49, complete a centurion ride (100 mi) pictured above, and just recently participated in an Iron Man relay! 😍

I have had the honor of sharing so much of what I’ve learned along the way by helping clients with 1:1 personal training, and many more at a time as a former Orangetheory Coach 🍊for the past 2 years.

After many years of service I have been able to get a lot of feedback from all types of clients and one thing is certain: Not one individual should be treated the same, and there is not a one- size fits all approach or formula!

I’m excited to now get to know each and every one of my clients individually to help them get the specific attention and service they deserve. Most importantly, I’m excited to meet and help you too! 🙏🏻
