The Big 8

The Big 8 are identified as eight foods as major food allergens: Milk, Eggs, Fish, Crustacean/Shellfish, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Wheat, and Soybeans/Soy.

Gluten Free

Our menu includes alot of gluten free options already! If there's a meal you want that's not marked GF- just ask!

Dairy Free

We love cheese and dairy just as much as everyone else...but we have dairy free options for all our lactose intolerant girlies & guys.

Low Carb

Focuses on high proteins + vegetables with lower carbohydrates; generally limits (not restricts) grains, legumes, fruits, breads, sweets, pastas and starchy vegetables.

Athletic / Performance

Focuses on muscle mass & recovery with higher calories, fats, proteins, and carbohydrates to maintain bodies' engery levels & stress levels.

Can I substitute something I don't like?

Of course! I want to make sure your belly is happy. So shoot a text & I'll work with you to find a sub.

I don't eat meat. What do you offer instead?

Please reach out to me directly & we'll find a solution that both meets your needs + makes your belly happy!

Do you take containers back? I have alot piling up.

I'm glad you asked! If you have containers from your meal preps accumulating that you don't need or don't want to throw in the trash– I can take them off your hands!

You can take advantage of Thrive Recycle Incentive and receive 5% off your next order! *just make sure returned containers are not broken and lids are together.

How do I get my meal prep order?

You can pick-up your order curbside. Pick-up will be a pre-arranged time for Sunday or Monday.
*Delivery is available on a case by case basis for an additional fee

When can I expect my order to be ready?

Typically, all orders are cooked + packaged by Saturday.
