Thanks for visiting Sincerely, T. This is my capsule to the words that have made its way from my thoughts to the words on your screen.

I’ve kept a lot of my thoughts to myself in fear that it may offend someone, come off the wrong way, or not be accepted. But then I realized that if these words could help just one person, for that person to feel heard, understood, than that’d be worth the courage of being vulnerable. I’ve read so many words on screens that I’ve connected too and taken to heart that I hope that my words will carry on.
