Post natal and early childhood doula. For families with children age 0-5.

Doula support. Sleep support. Feeding support. Behavioir support .

Hello, I’m Alice . I have worked with young children and their families for 17 years . I began my career as an early years practitioner and was privileged to work with some very skilled and knowledgeable people, and to access some brilliant training, I qualified as an early years professional in 2011 and completed a post grad in 0-3 year olds in 2016.
When I became a parent I felt like I knew so much theory , but struggled to feel like i actually knew what I was doing ! What i quickly realised is that I, and other parents don’t just need how to guides from “ experts “, we need someone to listen to what is important to us and to support us to meet our needs, both as parents and humans . So I offer some evidence, some compassion ,a bit of realism and some fun . There are no perfect parents or children, parenting is really tough, we are all doing the best we can with what we have and what we know ❤️

I bring a wealth of knoweldge and experience from early years roles to family support.
