My life changed drastically at the age of 33 when my doctor said I had to have a major surgery to remove a tumor that was “miraculously found”. After going through that horrifying, yet life saving process, I learned it was time to re-evaluate my decisions. Let’s just say I wasn’t aware how poorly my lifestyle affected my body. I did know one thing for sure, God was telling me I have much more to do in this life!
