My decade long career in the field of mental health between the Middle East and India has expanded my perspective while making me adept to cultural factors.

It feels surreal to say 10 glorious years as a counselor and trainer. I've also had a stint as a research assistant at Stanford University. I've held the position of department head, been part of curriculum design, special education needs in educational settings and part of quality and assurance for schools.

With TMM (short for The Millennial Muslimahood)I am here to be your mentor and confidante. You will find yourself with practical solutions and results that build up your inner well being through our journey together.
