I am a small in home Breeder of Imperial Shih Tzus located in the beautiful Hudson valley, NY. Im married to my high school sweetheart and together we have three amazing children ages 10, 9 and 6. As a family we take pride in healthy Shih Tzus with gorgeous coby bodies, baby doll faces and exceptional quality. From the moment babies are born they are swarmed with love and attention from each and everyone of us here at the Frampton house. Which makes them extremely socialized by the time you welcomed them into your arms.
