[ May Part-Time po ba? ]

• No, we ONLY hire FULL-TIME applicants

[ Is Athena planning on opening part-time slots? ]

• No.

[ I have no experience as a VA, can I still apply? ]

• Yes.

[ Are students allowed to apply? ]

• Yes, as long as they meet the age requirement
(18 and above)

[ Am I allowed to have a full-time job in the morning & work as a VA in the evening? As long as I can meet the 40 hours per week? ]

• No, currently employed applicants are okay, as long as they render their resignation once they passed the hiring process.

[ What if undergrad or HS grad lang? Kelangan ba degree holder dapat? ]

• No, Athena doesn't have requirements for educational attainment.

[ After taking the assessment/playbook session, will they let me know if I passed or failed? ]

• Yes. Athena will email you within 24-48 hours after you send in your results.

[ Required po ba may laptop/PC? ]

• Yes.

[ PC/Laptop Requirements: ]

• If Laptop: 8th generation (8000 series) Core i5 or better or any generation AMD Ryzen series processors

• If Desktop: Ryzen 5 3000 series and above. If Core i3 - 10th generation or higher.- Windows 10 - Windows 10 2020H2 or newer. (The latest updated version of the operating system is a must.)

• If Mac: Core i5 - 2017 or higher Core i7 - 2016 or higher (Not recommended: Core i3)
• Internet connection: 10 MB/s minimum

[ May Government benefits po ba? (Philhealth, SSS, etc. ]

• Wala po.

[ If I failed one of the hiring processes, can I still reapply? ]

• Yes, you can reapply after 1 month.

[ I'm a foreigner, can I apply? ]

• The job opening is open for Filipinos who are currently residing in the Philippines

[ Can I use an iPad/Tablet instead of pc/laptop? ]

• No.

[ What payment method does Athena use? ]

• Bank transfer through Payoneer. Weekly payout (every Wednesday).

[ Is there a registration fee? ]

• WALA (Capslock para intense hahaha!). We are not that type of company.

[ I don't have my own laptop/pc, will Athena provide one? ]

• Required po talaga na the applicant has their own device for the training and nesting period which lasts for up to 6 weeks.

[ Does Athena accept members of the LGBTQ+ ]

• YES! 🏳️‍🌈 We even ask you your preferred pronouns and we highly encourage everyone to respect each other's pronoun.

[ May day shift available for the EA position? ]

• Meron, but disclaimer lang, SOBRANG RARE po ng EAs na nagttrabaho during the day.

[ Does Athena accept applicants from a different religion? ]

• BIG YES! No discrimination here.
