Is it painful?
Procedures are relatively painless for most people. I use lidocaine and epinephrine numbing creams that help with pain. These should help keep you comfortable but this is a tattoo, and pain levels are different for everyone. I try my best to keep you comfortable throughout.

Do you offer consultations?
I am happy to do a consult through text, email or phone. I ask that every client sent me a photo of their brows with no makeup on, in natural lighting prior to their appointment. If you have previous permanent makeup from another artist I will work over it on a case by case basis, although it will need to be at least 60% faded.
How long does permanent makeup last?
Permanent makeup isn’t designed to last forever. You will typically need a touch up every 12-36 months. Pigment will start to fade and look softer over time and I can refresh the color as needed with a color boost appointment. Everyone’s skin retains pigment differently depending on your skin type and lifestyle. Preserve your brows by using sunscreen and avoiding retinol directly on your brows can help keep them looking fresh. Following your aftercare during healing is crucial.
How long does the procedure take?
The time it takes can vary from person to person. Brows typically take 2.5-3 hours, lips 3-4 hours. I take this into account when booking to ensure I have plenty of time to complete the process. Please do not book if you only have 2 hours, etc.
I want to ensure you don’t feel rushed, and I like to take my time with each client to provide my best work.
What is the healing process for brows?
Immediately after your brow appointment, it’s normal to see some redness in your skin, and swelling for lips. This will subside within 24 hours.
On day 2, your brows will appear a lot darker and warmer, lips will appear more bold. This is a normal part of the healing process and they won’t stay this way!
On day 3-4 your brows and lips may have some light scabbing and dryness.
Days 5-10 your brows and lips may look patchy and flaky, be patient and trust the process!
Once your fully healed, brows/ lips may appear too soft and light. The color will come back over the next 4 weeks. At 4 weeks your brows/ lips are fully healed.
6-10 weeks after- your touch up appointment! At this appointment I will assess your retention and touch up any pigment that didn’t retain, and re boost the color. We can make slight changes and add to areas that need it.
