I personally like to make sure I'm always prepared especially when it comes to the gym. Here's what I have in my gym bag, keep in mind this is what I find works best for me!
1. Shaker bottle
It's always good to keep a bottle especially for water to make sure you stay hydrated during your workouts, you can also use it for your post-workout shakes and what not. Just make sure to wash it after using... 😫
2. Spare change of clothes
Hear me out, I know most of yall are gonna shower immediately when you get home but I sweat a lot during some of my workouts and I personally like to make sure I'm clean and hygienic which is why I always keep a spare change of clothes.
3. Lifting Gear
Before you think I'm talking about that Gear, yeah 💉 no. I'm talking about belts, straps and wrist wraps. Due to the current workout plan I'm following which is a full body routine 3x per week, I do compound lifts such as deadlifts, bench press and squats. Having these lifting gears help enhance my performance and provide me with the extra help to lift a little more. Although you don't need to use them, it sure helps in giving you an extra boost. Remember, a little always goes a long way!
