Family constellations is a therapy that works within the energetic layers. It is quite apparent that it exists during the sessions. The energy is palpable and you can notice it shift or disípate as the order of love is re-established. As the saying goes “Love is in the air”.

This therapy identifies and releases repeating patterns and trapped experiences(traumas) within ourselves and our family lineage. We typically carry the issues of our parents, grandparents and further generations without any awareness which can be stifling our growth and happiness in life.

Can’t find the root of your pattern or unsupportive behavior ? Maybe it’s because it’s not yours. Maybe you are carrying it for your parents or grandparents.

Wether you are constellating or participating, the constellation will have effects on everyone present. There are direct effects to the person constellating and often to others in the circle that are simply present. The resonance of the experience effects all of us. You may experience a deep release and shift while watching somebody else’s constellation. After all, we’re not so different.

Facilitated by Nico. A two hour experiential way to release the trapped energy within your body. Utilizing the principles of “the body keeps the score”. This is an integral approach to uncovering the limiting beliefs and traumas stored within your tissues. Nobody other than yourself can process those experiences. They are your experiences. I support the unlocking and unblocking of the energy. Providing support during your processing of it. Love heals all. It is a natural flow. Nobody heals anyone. We can simply support in the removal of the blockages to the natural flow.

It is bodywork from the approach of the 5 bodies. Mental, energetic, emotional, physical and spiritual bodies.

Colorpuncture optional addition. Utilize the power of color and light in coordination with the principles of acupuncture.

Practice the original style of Hatha Yoga. Harmonize the masculine and feminine energies within yourself.
