Pricing

All prices are strictly non-negotiable and are determined by an hourly rate. The services provided encompass all necessary products to achieve your desired hair goals, excluding any take-home products. The rates displayed on this platform are based on an average hair length and texture. Please note that the listed services operate within a standard time frame, and there may be slight variations in price for individual cases. By booking an appointment with me, you are acknowledging and accepting the minimum service price for that particular session, understanding that the displayed prices serve as a starting point. Please be aware that my prices are not influenced by gender or age. For a precise quote, it is essential to schedule a direct consultation.

Payments

I accept debit cards, credit cards, Tap to Pay, PayPal, and Venmo through a secure Zettle payment system. Cash is also acceptable. Please note that I do not accept checks. Payment is due at the end of your service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Tipping

Tips are greatly appreciated but never expected. My prices are carefully structured for my business so, while the sentiment is so kind, it’s not necessary. The best tips are leaving an excellent review, prebooking your appointment, or referring a friend. I value and appreciate each client that chooses to sit in my chair.

NEW CLIENTS

ALL new clients are required to attend a consultation appointment before booking any services. New client chemical appointments are available weekday mornings only. First time color/blonding clients that are seeking a complete color change are also required to receive a complete Detox Treatment 24 hours before their appointment. This is to ensure optimum color results and maintain the health of the hair.

Deposits

In order to secure your appointment for any lengthy color services, I kindly request a non-refundable deposit of 50% to be paid in advance. This policy is applicable to all color and blonding services exceeding one hour. Rest assured, the deposit amount will be deducted from your final payment during check out.

Cancelations and Fees

Kindly be advised that in order to respect my schedule, I kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' advance notice for any cancellations pertaining to services. Any cancellations received within less than 48 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the total appointment cost upon rescheduling, unless a deposit was previously made. Should a deposit have been required, it will regrettably not be refunded. Any cancellations made beyond the 48-hour timeframe will not incur any charges. Please note that I retain the right to charge for the service, reschedule with a late arrival fee, or impose a no show fee for the reserved time slot, as it would be difficult to fill that vacancy.

Regrettably, instances of no call/no show will not be eligible for rescheduling.

Refunds

My utmost objective is to ensure utmost satisfaction for all my clients. Regrettably, refunds are not provided, but I am committed to offering free adjustments within a reasonable timeframe to address any concerns.

Dress Code

While you have the freedom to wear whatever clothing you prefer, please be aware that any damage to your attire is your responsibility. I recommend avoiding excessive neck jewelry or earrings and opting for clothing without big collars, hoodies, or turtlenecks, as these items may interfere with my ability to provide you with the best service possible.

Additional Guest and Children

While I understand the desire to have support during your salon visit, I must restrict the number of additional guests to one per client. This will help ensure a comfortable experience for all clients in the limited space available.

If you wish to bring your children to your appointment, please notify me in advance so that we can discuss the logistics and make any necessary arrangements. While I am open to accommodating children, it is important to plan ahead to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and your child.

Untolerated Behavior

I strive to create a safe, welcoming environment for all clients. In order to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere, the following behaviors will not be tolerated:

Illegal drug use: Any client found to be under the influence of illegal drugs will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
If I suspect a client is using illegal drugs, I reserve the right to end the service, even in the middle of the appointment.

Rude or obnoxious behavior: Disrespectful or rude behavior towards staff or other clients will not be tolerated. Any client exhibiting such behavior will be asked to adjust their attitude or leave the premises.

Derogatory behavior: Any form of racism, discrimination, or bigotry towards any individual or group will not be tolerated. This includes derogatory language, slurs, or actions.
