Dining is the most essential part of your vacay ! Let’s dine together.
Sunset Grille & Raw Bar
This Restaurant has an amazing menu and if you’re a fan of seafood like I am, it will not disappoint; I recommend the Seafood Ravioli(pictured in heading photo). It’s delicious !!!
Captain George’s Seafood Buffet
Crab legs anyone ?!!
If you’re a big fan of seafood, especially crab legs; Captain George’s is the perfect spot to fix your stomach on!
My Top Picks
Charleston SC top Places to Eat
I feel like one of the best things about traveling, are the sightseeing and the food ! You have to pick a great place to eat and enjoy the new area you’re exploring.
82 Queen
I remember my first time visiting 82 Queen, it was amazing. I love their shrimp and grits so much !
Poe’s Tavern (Sullivan’s Island)
Remember the famous poet, Edgar Allen Poe ? Well this restaurant was indeed created with him in mind. When you walk in, be sure to look at all the quotes from him.
I love history, so this alone made me appreciate the restaurant even more.
Coconut Joes Beach Grill
One of my Favorites to go and have seafood. Coconut joes has an amazing set up on the beach. Not to mention the rooftop bar!
The Best Place for Breakfast
When I came to Another Broken Egg for the first time, I remember the way the grits were and I’ve been hooked ever since.
I purchase the stone ground grits from Amazon because of the way Another Broken Egg makes their grits; and have been making southern grits just like them.
Their breakfast menu is Amazing ! If you’re anything like me and can have breakfast food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, then you’ll love this restaurant.
My Links (Myrtle Beach SC)
Myrtle Beach South Carolina
I still remember my first time going to Myrtle Beach. I heard so many awesome things about this wonderful place, have I mentioned how much I love the beach ? Seriously this continues to be one of my favorite beach areas, you’ll see why once you come !
I’ll even list my favorite massage place. I literally fell asleep! Hands down the best service.
My Top Places (Charleston SC)
Charleston is Full of Beauty and History
Charleston South Carolina has so many beautiful places to go and tour. I lived there my whole childhood and I still haven’t done everything. I’m super excited to share with you my favorite places !
Coastal Expeditions
Kayaking in Charleston was my first time ever and it was beyond amazing !! We saw dolphins and my kayak got bumped by one of them! It was out of this world.
Deep Water Vineyard
For all my wine lovers and tasters, you don’t want to miss this amazing place when you come to Charleston! Located on Wadmalaw Island; where you’ll also find the beautiful Angel Oak Tree.
Angel Oak Tree
Trees are so beautiful, let’s not forget that we need them to breathe. This historic landmark took my breath away when I saw it for the first time, as I’m sure it’ll do with you once you see it in person.
Isle of Palms
The Isle of Palms is one of Charleston’s top destination especially for weddings.
When I use to run the beach in the mornings I have seen such beautiful brides with their grooms. The beach alone is remarkable as well. Come on out to the Isle of Palms and enjoy the beauty.
Historic Landmarks
Since I’m a huge History Fanatic, visiting these two gems brought me back in time.
Nothing compares to having such an amazing piece of history at the palm of my hands. Take a Ferry to Fort Sumter and drive on down to Fort Moultrie where you can revisit what took place during The War of 1812; these two monuments are the guardians of Charleston Harbor.
Fort Moultrie
Fort Moultrie is located on Sullivan’s island, I loved going here because the restaurant Poe’s Tavern is near by. The perfect place to eat once you step out from history.
Folly Beach
Folly Beach is another gem in this amazing city. When you visit Folly, you have to stay at Tides hotel, during the 4th of July they put on amazing show. Hint: please purchase everything 4 months in advance if you want to make this event. We learned the hard way lol !
River Front Park, North Charleston, SC
This park is where I spent many days because not only is it peaceful but who doesn’t love to be on the water. It’s a place for the young and old, the perfect spot for a nice quiet stroll. This park features a playground for the children, a wading fountain and also historic images on the stone walls (located near the wading fountain).
My Top Myrtle Beach Restaurants
Seafood, Seafood, Seafood !!!
I think I’ve mentioned how much I love seafood lol, but I wanted to share with you my top two spots. You’ve already heard of Captain George’s Seafood buffet, why yes; there’s one in Myrtle Beach as well !!
Seafood Buffets
There are many many seafood buffets to choose from, you won’t run out of options. Here’s my second favorite place! Let me know what you think.
Original Benjamin’s Calabash SeafoodFor Ladies Night out
I’ll always remember Senor Frogs; we celebrated my 22nd birthday here and when I went on my first cruise, this bar is located right across the entry point when you get off the ship in the Bahamas.
Senor FrogsLovers of Steak
Rio! Rio! Not only am I a fan of the movie and city, but the Rioz Brazillian Steakhouse is such an amazing place. I love the way the employees costumes are so festive!! This restaurant served us super well, the endless amount of steaks and different meats, cooked to perfection!
