Being raised in North Texas and seeing the tremendous growth take place over the years, Morgan is ready to use her local knowledge to help with your real estate needs.

Graduating high school at age 15 and earning a Bachelor’s Degree at age 17, Morgan is not shy from working hard and exceeding expectations. She went on after graduating to discover passions in graphic design and marketing but has now turned that focus toward real estate. With experience as a Transaction Coordinator and Real Estate Investment Assistant, you can be confident in Morgan’s understanding of the real estate market.

When Morgan isn’t helping her clients find a place to call home, she enjoys spending time making memories with her daughter Penelope and exploring creative outlets like painting.

Kathy Stroud

Having lived in North DFW area for 22 years, Kathy has experienced the explosive growth firsthand. While growing up in the Kansas City area, she was exposed to Real Estate at an early age with her father being a real estate broker and a custom home builder. With building her own custom dream home in 2019 with her husband, Kathy is familiar with the process.

After being in accounting for 40+ years, Kathy has decided to put her efforts into helping people find a place to call home. She has a love for people and their life stories, making real estate the perfect job for her.

Over the years, Kathy has secured numerous mortgage loans giving her a great amount of experience working with lenders. She is well equipped to assist in the details of the buying and selling process.

Family is important to Kathy, having raised four children and now being a Nana to three grandchildren. If she isn’t working or with family, you will most likely find Kathy enjoying the great outdoors—kayaking and photographing trees.
