A brief breakdown

My name is Mandy. I am an exercise physiologist who has taken a keen interest into how we function not only from the physical perspective but both the mental and social areas of our day to day life. We as humans are made up of multiple facets and none of them stand alone. In other words they are all connected.

Connection is a part of who we are and plays a vital role in how we function. Hence this is the very thing that Tri•Nu is founded on. How better in tune can we become with ourselves? Rebuilding how we move, restoring how we think and renewing our relationships with others (body, mind and soul).

The quality of life is vastly improved if we intentionally spend time reconnecting with ourselves and with others. The key to why this approach is different to others is that it’s specifically catered to you. Not one method is the same and thinking outside the box is strongly encouraged. The point is not only to achieve the goals you have set before yourself, but make it enjoyable and create experiences that are your own. It’s a form of therapy, therapy with a twist. From one’s exercise routine to how one expresses oneself, from how one spends time with others to how one spends time alone… Utilise one service or use all three. Allow yourself to make meaningful , fruitful connections, it’s time to reconnect.
