Exotic pets can require a lot of maintenance, leaving you worried when away. We will come to your house as many times per day as needed to care for your beloved pet. We also have a detailed form to fill out so we can care for them the way you do. Some animals only qualify for sitting services because boarding could cause too much stress for the animal, one such example being birds. Please message for a quote as each exotic animal is unique and requires it's own care plan.

Some animals can board with us, under certain rules to maintain our pets and your pets health. Any pet must come with it's own cage/tank and food to reduce stress and maintain quarantine. We have 2 rooms to keep boarders in, both separate from our collection, one with humidity and heat control for reptiles. Some examples of boardable pets are small cage mammals (Mice, hamsters, gerbils, etc), amphibians,reptiles and arachnids in <20G tank, or approved animals need extra care. Birds CANNOT be boarded due to them being highly susceptible to stress conditions.

We have a small amount of frozen mice available for reptile feeding, stock will vary as our colonies do. All of our mice are fed a healthy, balanced diet that serves both them and your pet reptile well. We at Tru North do not live feed, but can accommodate live feeder orders. All feeder mice are subject to availability.
