Abberation 60
Blur 25 (u choose)

then go to filter
pick the filter teal 1 on 100

then to effects.
pick effect weather on 0

go to colourtone

Add ur photo/video and put the filter coogee.

then go to ultralight and put clarity to +10
and ur done!
