Dr. Phillip Ulyanovskiy is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with over a decade of experience in high-acuity inpatient care, telemedicine, and clinical leadership. He currently serves as a Chief Hospitalist and Academic Teaching Physician across two major trauma centers — a Level 1 in New York and a Level 2 in Connecticut — where he trains and mentors medical residents while managing complex hospital cases.

In addition to his inpatient roles, Dr. Ulyanovskiy is the Medical Director for IV Medicine and Wound Care across Florida and Michigan, overseeing six outpatient clinics and home-based patient care programs. He is also a Supervising and Collaborating Physician for advanced practice providers nationwide.

Brandi is a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of experience as a healthcare provider and more than 20 years in the medical field. She is dedicated to assisting patients in achieving their health goals through care that is both compassionate and evidence-based.

Shelia Hashemy is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong passion for accessible, patient-first care. Andrea is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing for over 8 years in various clinics throughout Indianapolis & surrounding areas, and delivering care through telemedicine for over 3 years.

Her favorite part of providing healthcare is getting to know her patients and their families, meeting patients where they are at to help them achieve their goals and providing education to empower patients to take charge of their health.

Andrea earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University, an Associate Nursing Degree from Vincennes University, and a bachelors & master’s degree from University of Southern Indiana. She is a certified Health Coach and a FMSCA certified medical examiner.

Andrea’s personal journey as a patient, and now a kidney cancer survivor, has helped mold her into a compassionate and caring provider that understands the value of listening, addressing all concerns, and answering all questions.
