Policy

Please read through all my policies before booking an appointment

All Appointments are to be made through my website.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.

Payment:
I accept cash and card. All card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) will include Hawaii State tax of 4.712% and a processing fee of 2.19% + $0.20 through Fresha. I do not accept payments through Venmo, Cashapp, etc.

I do not offer refunds on services. If there is an issue, please let me know within 2 days and we can discuss it.

Late Policy:
Clients running late must notify me ASAP. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the client will be charged the last minute cancellation fee and will be asked to reschedule as it interferes with my time and my next client’s appointment.

No Show Policy:
Clients who do not show up to their scheduled appointment without any notice will be charged 100 % of their selected service price to accommodate for my time. Clients who do a no show, will not be able to book with me anymore. If there is any reason you cannot make your appointment, please let me know immediately.

Rescheduling Policy:
Clients have up to 24 hours prior to their appointment to reschedule with no fees. Any client who reschedules within 24 hours, will be charged 50% of their service fee. Clients who reschedule within 24 hours three times, will no longer be able to book with me.

Cancellation Policy:
Clients have up to 24 hours prior to their appointment to cancel with no fees. Any appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours of the start of their appointment will be charged 50% of their service fee. Clients who cancel their appointment within 24 hours three times, will no longer be able to book with me.

COVID Policy

Although, the state of Hawaii no longer requires masks after March 25,2022. I kindly ask all clients to still wear their masks for the safety of myself and others.

Clients are required to fill out a covid form within 24 hours prior to their appointment.

If you are showing any symptoms, came in contact with someone, waiting for test results or tested positive within the past 10 days, PLEASE let me know and we can reschedule your appointment.

Extra safety and sanitation precautions are being taken to ensure everyone’s safety.
