Pregnancy

I will touch on everything pregnancy related, I will also add what you can do as a friend or partner to help alleviate pressure. Plus write out gift suggestions for a baby shower. What you can do and what not to do once baby arrives.

Birth

I will include my guide on how to achieve a normal physiological birth. I will also touch a lot on home birth, how to find your local midwife and how to find support during this special time. I will also eventually upload a birth list of what you’ll need.

Beyond

Ok. The hard part 😂

Literally anything I can think of to make your life easier. Not only that but my life being a mama of two.
