Yoga for kids
My name is Thais Pondrom. I am a yoga instructor primarily for children.
Yoga has been a part of my life for almost 10 years now and it has helped me reconnect with myself, stay grounded and resilient.
My yoga journey started after my oldest son was introduced to it, at age 3. After seeing all the wonderful benefits of yoga and how it impacted him in a positive way, I was inspired by it, and decided to embark on the yoga journey too.
I completed my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Evolve School of Yoga. I will always be a student of the practice and I am deeply grateful for all the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me.
My classes are engaging and have fun activities, with dynamic yoga poses, breathwork and self-awareness techniques to help your child feel peaceful and at ease. I also incorporate activities to grow attention span, social time and guidance (when needed) in social interactions.
