Lizzy & Joseph = Mama & Daddy to the adorable and totally attitude fueld Poppy.

First time parents - mum has a caffeine addiction, dad loves dad jokes and the baby - sorry, toddler - apparently hates sleep...

Both of us are chronic pain warriors!
Joseph has Fibromyalgia, I have yet to be diagnosed with anything specific (finally seeing a rheumatologist this month!)
We also both deal with mental health issues, which is great fun when parenting 🤔😂

We don't have any specific niche, we just have fun and get on with!

I've always hated using tampons.
They feel horrible, I despise having to insert one and I can never work out which size I need for my flow....
Not to mention they're incredibly wasteful!

So, I began to look for an alternative...
My searching lead me to menstrual cups, an option I'd heard about previously but never considered until now!

I'm testing out the soap free life, using only an olive oil bar, a scalp massager and a scrubbie sponge to wash myself, my face and my hair for the next 30 days!
