UPic.Nic was started by two ambitious women in Gadsden, Alabama, who amidst the pandemic, wanted to prove there are still fun ways to gather with loved ones! Our picnics are full of second-hand, vintage, unique decor pieces ready to be used in your set up. From brunch gatherings to romantic evenings, we cater to it all. We like to think there’s really nothing we can’t do!

4-person picnic: $200+
6-person picnic: $250+
8-person picnic: $300+
10-person picnic: $350+

All picnics include full set up, (we use our decorations, all you bring is yourself) 2 hours of picnic time, a large charcuterie board, an array of sweets, tray of fruit, decanter of lemon water, and clean up!
We are based out of Gadsden, AL, however, traveling to set up your picnic is definitely an option and can be arranged! Note there will be an additional fee for travel farther than 15 miles outside of Etowah County.

A deposit of half your total picnic price is REQUIRED upon booking. In the event of rescheduling, your price stays the same and your picnic will be moved to another day/time. Cancellations MUST be communicated by, at least, 48 hours prior to scheduled picnic time. NO REFUNDS available. Remainder of balance is due by 8am the morning of your picnic, or if agreed upon before, you’re paying with cash/check, payment will be taken as soon as you arrive to your location.
