I have compiled an easy list of all things rabbit for first timer owners - or someone looking for something new.
These opinions are based on my experience - if I haven’t purchased or worked with a brand before I won’t list it.
I’ll keep compiling to this shop list as time moves on and I keep trying new products.

If you are free roaming your rabbit, great! However caging a rabbit for its safety while still providing enrichment and out of the cage time is perfectly fine.
Not every household can free roam a rabbit, and that doesn’t mean you can’t properly care for one.
I’ve compiled a list of a variety of cage styles - I am not recommending the brands here - just styles that I have seen work for others to give you an idea of what I believes is suitable.
I won’t be listing any wooden hutches - if that is your preference great! I however find them to be a waste of money, hard to clean as wood absorbs moisture and disease not to mention, rabbits chew! Wood = Chew
I also won’t be listing any pet store cages, I find them over priced and small and there is so many better quality enclosure options available!
Customizable small animal kennel, can be configured into various shapes and sizes: together to build a playground or separate the pieces to create several blocks.
I would recommend getting 2 packs, to make the walls high enough so the rabbit cannot jump out if you are using this to enclose while unsupervised.

This is a far better option if you are looking for something spacious yet secure to house your rabbit in.
I would recommend this size and above - we currently house a few of our rabbits in this size dog crate.
The crate allows enough space to create levels ( get creative ) while giving enough room to move freely while you are unable to take the rabbit out.

Create a more open concept enclosure with this tall xpen! This xpen is tall enough for this high jumpers to keep your rabbit safe during the day when your not home!
This is just an example- please get the correct size based on your rabbits needs.
Shop LinkDisclaimer: at Uptownbunnies we do not use water bottles. We don’t have anything against a water bottle however we do feel that a bowl of water promotes the rabbit to drink more, which is a benefit for them!
If you decide to go with a bottle understand you will need to introduce this to your bun and will need to provide both until transitioned, as they will not know how to use it.
Metal Hay Racks? Toss em. They make such a mess and are a good waste of money and hay.
Please be aware, I am not recommending brand - just giving examples of styles I use and have used.
This is what all of our bunnies drink out of. It helps keep their water clean and avoids them tipping it over as it is secured against the side of the enclosure.

Heavy ceramic pet bowl, it doesn’t need to be this exact one but you want to ensure it’s heavy enough so they bunny doesn’t flip it, because they will.

Ditch the corner pans! They don’t provide enough room and are over priced for something that doesn’t do that job.
Small cat litter box will be plenty enough space for your bun! You want something bigger? Go for it!
