Anxiety is an psychological situation. Worry or anxiety is an emotion characterized by an unpleasant state of internal conflict, often accompanied by nervous behaviors such as pacing back and forth. This is subjectively unpleasant feelings of dread in the face of anticipated events.

Anxiety is a generalized and unfocused feeling of restlessness and anxiety, usually as an overreaction to a subjectively threatening situation. Anxiety is often accompanied by muscle tension, restlessness, fatigue, and problems concentrating. Anxiety is closely related to fear, which is a perceived immediate threat response. Anxiety, on the other hand, includes the expectation of future threats. People who are faced with anxiety may avoid situations that caused them anxiety in the past.
Anxiety is a protective response in the effort of living things to adapt to the external environment. In addition, physical symptoms such as dry mouth, difficulty in swallowing, nausea, sudden drop in blood pressure, fainting, and feeling of death are also observed.
