Hey there! I’m Vanessa, a single mom, dental assistant and health & fitness coach. January of 2018 I embarked on my own health journey, and in losing 80lbs I’ve learned how strong and capable each and everyone of us is!

You are 100% capable of achieving any goal you set, and as your Coach, my job is to help, encourage and inspire you get there in any way I can. Together, we’ll build a sustainable foundation for you to be able to continue your healthy lifestyle and end the dieting cycle.
