Please take a moment to review the booking policies before making an appointment to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience. These policies are put into place as a courtesy to other guests and the service provider.

A valid card will be required to be on file for all appointments. Card, Apple Pay, or cash will be accepted at the time of your appointment

We ask that you make any changes or cancellations to your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your service.

Any cancellations within 6 hours of the service will be charged 50% of the total service price.

Any missed appointments without cancellation notice (NO SHOW) will be charged 100% of total service price.

Please reach out if you are running 10+ minutes late. I cannot guarantee to still be able to service you if you are 10 mins or more late for your appointment. If I do not have enough extra time this will result in a 100% service fee.

Please arrive to any lash appointment with makeup free lashes

Cancellations and rescheduling may be done through Vagaro 24/7 booking app, Call/ Voicemail or Text, and Email.

We kindly ask that you do not use Instagram direct message for any cancellations or requests to change to your appointment.

Any invalid card will be removed from your account and will be sent a invoice to be paid before making your next appointment
