This is me.

My career pretty much chose me… art, design, creativity is in my blood and I love it! It was my destiny.

What I didn’t know is that I would become coach’s wife and a mom to a smart, hard working daughter as well as a quirky son with autism. I never could have envisioned that I would lead a creative department and certainly never expected to unlock a passion for helping others find healthy solutions for aging better.

I am here because I don’t know how not to be! There is so much to life than what any of us can imagine. We owe it to ourselves to share. To learn. To grow.
