By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

✧ Please provide a 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 sheet to draw, i.e.: background, reference image or any specific details you would like me to pay attention to.

✧ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀 are always appreciated. Please note that I will cancel your commission if I receive no reply for 3 days without being notified beforehand.

✧ 𝗔𝗻𝘆 𝗿𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.

✧ Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, before I start doing the commission.

✧ I only start working after having received 100% of the payment.

✧ You can commission multiple artworks at once, and pay for them consecutively.

✧ Payment method: 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸, 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗸 (𝗗𝗔𝗡𝗔/𝗢𝗩𝗢/𝗚𝗢𝗣𝗔𝗬), 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗣𝗮𝘆

✧ The currency accepted is Rupiah.

✧ You will receive a sketch, lined artwork, and final work. You can request changes to the sketch or reference if the drawing has not entered the line art process. If there are major changes or additional details more allow for an additional fee.

✧ If your reference is not clear or you don't know how to describe it, I will try to make or find a suitable reference.

✧ Nothing changed after I started line art.

✧ Shipping is borne by the buyer. Delivery using expeditions: J&T, JNE, and Sicepat in Indonesia. I will send you a message/email for the delivery receipt code.

✧ The delivery status of your package can be tracked on the application or the web according to the expedition you use.

✧ The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 1 months depending on many factors such as: Health, order of commission, complexity, work, school or family issues.

A. ARTIST'S RIGHTS

I, The artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

✧ Promote myself in any place or site.

✧ Post it on any of my social media accounts.

✧ Create my own porfolio.

✧ All of the above actions will be done with full credit to the commissioner.

B. COMMISSIONER'S RIGHTS

> EVERYTHING ONLY FOR PERSONAL/PRIVATE USE

The commissioners are allowed to:

✧ Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only.

✧ Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

✧ Print the art or making merchandise for personal use only.

✧ If you want your commission to be private, you have to pay an extra charge (50% of the total payment), and I will not post it online or use it to promote myself.

C. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMEN

All the acts below are considered copyright infringement:

✧ Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially without previous consent.

✧ Taking credit for the creation of the artwork / Removing any signature.

✧ Not following all the obligations in the contract for commercial use.

✧ If you break the copyright mentioned here in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.

✧ I have the right to cancel your commission and refund the money to you at any time.

✧ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after the payment is received.

✧ If money has not been sent yet, you have the right to cancel the commission.

✧ If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.

✧ I will try my best to get the package delivered to you safely, but I won't be responsible for any problems arising from the delivery process. Therefore, any kind of refunding is out of the question.
