Sephonyia, also known as, Phon, is an Accountability + Mindset Coach. She’s the Founder & Owner of Virtual Empowerment Solutions, LLC.

She was raised in Lexington, KY, but is currently residing in Florida. She is a mother of a beautiful toddler and a survivor of postpartum depression and anxiety. Through such a life changing experience, she has found herself wanting to share her story and testimony to uplift other mothers and mompreneurs struggling with or surviving PPD/PPA.
