This is my favorite vegan brekkie.
Overnight oats are super good and easy for people who are constantly on the go. I love being about to prep these at night and just heat them up in the morning before work. They will help you feel full and satisfied. Oats are also super healthy and is also good for your gut! They also contain lots of fiber, and oats lower your cholesterol!
