Usually I design the Yoga/Meditation class base on what you want to work on, as a result, the practice will be your personal practice.

Now! about the kind of Yoga I teach:
my classes are a breath-Centre practice base on the Ashtanga Vinyasa System, with an intense focus on how to enter and exit properly from postures, while using Vinyasas, in order to build a practice where the mind is fully present and the emotional state become steady, enhancing the process of a deeper awareness & detoxification, strengthening body & mind.

I am passionate about sharing not only the physical part of the Yoga, but also the whole philosophy, history, and the “why’s” behind each breath and movement, in order to lead the mind to a deep understanding of what’s happening on the mat.
