A Little About Me
Hey I'm Stacy!
I am a dog mom, a daughter, a sister, an auntie and a friend. I am a fitness professional, beauty and mindfulness consultant, and a nutrition buff! My passion is to help others live healthy lives through fitness, nutrition, clean beauty products and whole body health & wellness.
In addition to teaching Pilates, I have also learned quite a bit about mindfulness which includes meditation and breathing techniques for helping the body to combat stress. I am diving deeper into learning how to educate others in nutrition, movement, and self-care.
