Happiness and success are all a simple mindset. Simple but disciplined.

I am a firm believer in not allowing your past to dictate your future or affect your present. However, living that statement is easier said than done. I want to share with all of my fabulous followers the various ways we can take that starting statement and make it a reality! 🙌🏼

We all have those days where we have absolutely No desire or ambition. No motivation to achieve our goals let alone work on them. But by taking it one step at a time, and one day at a time these obstacles can most definitely be overcome. I know it sounds very cliché but it is a tried and true fact. 💕

An obstacle that I struggle with on a daily basis and continue to apply myself for overcoming on a daily basis is my bipolar disorder type one diagnosis. Being a mother of three small children, working, and achieving various other goals and tasks that I carry is no easy feat.
