Hi,

I'm Vicki, the founder, director and operator of Vicki your VA.

I was born in the UK living with my family until I met my future husband, who after a few years I followed to Australia to start a new adventure together. 14 Years on, a wedding, and 3 children later we are well and truly settled in North Qld.

While I am away from my desk you will find me walking along a North Queensland Beach, at a secluded camping spot with my family, hill climbing, or at Kmart buying another wonderful organisational item for my home or office!

Vicki your VA was established in 2022 in support of a friend who was about to embark on her own small business adventure. I was able to support her administration overwhelm, enabling her to have more freedom to pursue her purpose, and soon came to realise that there are many ways I could support other businesses like yours, whilst being present for my children, and enjoying my work and home life more.

I am based in North Queesland and bring 15 years of broad ranging business support experience in catering, vehicle sales, sport and leisure, public/private medical practice, NHS hospitals, and allied health organisations.

My passion is to connect with likeminded passionite business owners, who need a little bit of extra help in areas that take their focus away from things that matter.

As your virtual assistant my mission is to provide dedicated and professional support, built on a strong work ethic, open and trusted communication.

All businesses need documents, whether its client letters, polices, procedures, position descriptions or just simple word processing. I am here to help, and support you to focus your time back on the business, while I work on any word processing needs for you

From invoicing and receipting to chasing debtors I am here to help you and your business in efficient invoicing and remittance processes, to minimise debtors.

Running a business efficiently takes time and effort with some day-to-day tasks becoming mundane, and you can quickly get stuck doing them. With my support you can be confident that these tasks will be completed with dedication and your customers will get the professional service they deserve.
