🥀Appointment Confirmation:

Appointments will not be reserved without confirmation. 
You will receive an appointment confirmation text 4 days prior to your appointment. Please follow the steps to either confirm or cancel at this time. If an appointment has still not been confirmed within 24 hours of the appointment, it will no longer be reserved. 
If you wish to cancel your appointment, please be courteous and cancel through the booking system or reach out to me to cancel so you can avoid a no-show fee. The appointment will be considered a no show if I did not receive a cancellation notice.

🥀Deposits:

All extension services require a non-refundable deposit which goes towards the cost of the first appointment. The remaining balance is due the day of the service. Shall you choose not to proceed with the installation, your deposit is forfeited.

🥀Cancellation:

I understand that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary, however I kindly ask that you allow at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or service changes. Should you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, a fee of 50% the cost of the scheduled service will apply.

🥀Late Arrivals:

I value your time and make every effort to start your appointment on time. While I understand being late is sometimes unavoidable, late arrival will be charged $25, arrival more than 15 minutes past your appointment time may result in cancellation or modifying your service due to scheduling commitments with other clients.

🥀No Call No Shows:

Canceling is required if you’re unable to make it to an appointment. Failure to arrive to a scheduled appointment will result in a fee of 100% the cost of the service scheduled. 
New guests who no show will not have the opportunity to reschedule.

🥀 A consultation is required for every single extension client. We will go over your intake form, assess your hair, hair history and goals, lifestyle, etc. to establish the best method or combination of methods for your hair.

🥀 Hair extensions vary in pricing per individual. With that said, starting price is typically $700. If this is not an investment you are willing to make- that’s OK! But then there is likely no need for a consultation. If you’re ready to invest in yourself- please reach out

How long do they last?
A:The extensions are taken out and moved up every 6-8 weeks. The actual hair itself can last up to a year if it is properly maintained and quality products are used.

How are extensions attached?
A: A foundation is created in your hair using small silicone lined beads. The extensions are then sewn onto the foundation. Volume sets will require one “row” while length sets will require 2-3 rows.

Do they hurt?
A: No! Most clients say they feel nothing from day one until the time they come back in for maintenance!

What is the maintenance?
A: Beaded weft extensions need to be moved up every 4-6 weeks and re-installed every 6-8 weeks depending on how fast your hair grows.
Beaded row move up - $75 per row (extra charge if you need a wash before your move up)
Re-install at this appointment you will receive a clarifying shampoo, scalp treatment, deep conditioning treatment, and blowout to reset your hair for your extensions.
Beaded Row - $150 per row
Hidden Row - $250 per row

Can I wash and style my hair normally?
A: Yes! Ponytails, braids, along with so many other versatile styles.

Can I workout with my extensions?
A: Yes! Gym hair is best in a braid or pony.

How long is an install?
A: It takes 2 ½ - 3 hours for a first time installation. Move ups take 1 - 2 hours.

What can I expect at an Extension Consultation?
A: Consultations are a half hour appointment where we will discuss your hair goals. (what length and/or thickness you’re looking to add.) We will give you an exact price based on what is discussed. If you choose to pursue getting hair extensions, we will match up your hair to be ordered, you will need to purchase the hair at the time of booking your installation appointment.
