NEW CLIENT POLICY
I ask that new clients arrive 15 minutes prior to their service to fill out the necessary consent form, this will also give us time to discuss the look you wish to achieve. Feel free to bring pictures for inspiration.

RETURNING CLIENTS
I ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your schedule appointment.

BOOKING POLICY
Online booking is available. I will not do any booking for you, please schedule all fills online through my booking website.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of $20 is required to secure your appointment.

LATE POLICY
If you are running late to your appointment I ask that you call me to let me know, otherwise I will assure you will not be showing up and may release the appointment. I will try my best to accommodate you however if you are more than 15 mins late to your appointment you will have to reschedule.

CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that sometimes emergencies come up and adjustment are necessary. You will have a 24 hour notice for cancellations. A cancellation fee will apply.

NO SHOW POLICY
A no show fee charge to the credit card on file to those who do not show to an appointment. After 2 no shows you will not be able to book and appointment unless it is paid in full at time or booking. I

LASH FILL POLICY
If more thank 50% of your lash are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes.
Fills are recommended 2-3 weeks from initial appointment more than 4 weeks will be considered a new set.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL
As a courtesy, I will email you to remind you of your appointment. This will also help in case you need to reschedule. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointment and cancellation fees.
