I don't even recognise that woman on the left and that's exactly how I felt everyday looking in the mirror. I felt lost in my own body after having Professor, I won't lie I complained the weight wasn't shifting after having a shake for breakfast, healthy lunch then kebab in the evenings was my favourite 🤣🙊

10 months of putting me first, my health first and bam the weight dropped off, my health checks are coming back clear and NAFLD is finally in remission I guess, I've not had a Lymphodema flare up in like 6 months and can actually wear shoes and heels again 😅

Guys I'm not promoting a miracle or just weight loss here, I'm encouraging habit changes, making one simple change at a time and really understanding nutrition. It all starts in the mind, when I got a report of diagnosis my mindset shifted quickly. Prevention is better than cure 🙏🏾
