I’m Nicole, my friends call me Nic.. never Nikki. I have my Doctorate in Physical Therapy and currently work full time doing that while tackling this natural living lifestyle. I love margaritas and couldn’t live without seafood or ice cream. Huge believer in low tox living along with natural wellness, but don’t get it twisted I know how important and life saving modern day medicine can be. 🙌🏻
A little more about my story..
A couple years ago I was begging for a good nights sleep and more importantly a way to stop the hot flashes I was getting. See I was diagnosed with Premature Ovarian Failure around the age of 24. Meaning I had a 5% chance of having any children in my life, I would begin menopause soon after this with SEVERE hot flashes, mood changes, sleep problems etc. I was on a mission to see why this was happening to me.
I have been seen and treated by multiple fertility doctors, naturopaths, acupuncturists.. etc and they all had the same answered. Endocrine disruptors. Welp I fell down that rabbit hole real quick and literally threw everything out in my house that had fragrance in it. I started switching and ditching products, looking to more natural remedies. While doing this we were surprised and blessed with the birth of our sweet daughter 🙏🏻🧡
Fast forward years later I am now on a mission to help educate, share and guide others on cleaner ways to live without wreaking havoc on our bodies from toxic chemicals and more. I’d love to connect ✌🏻
