Hi everyone, my name is Virginia Mountry & I am sharing my Fat Loss Journey to help inspire others!

Before my Fat Loss journey and Pre-Mom Fuel...I was short tempered with those I love and care for, even though it wasn’t their fault. I was just so unhappy in my own skin, feeling un-healthy, and the downward spiral I was heading in.

With all the plans thrown out the window to this day, I am so thankful that I am able to keep it all together and be positive, but also present. I’m level headed and still finding happiness in the little things these days. I don’t ever want to go back to that old, tired, and unhealthy mom. My Mom Fuel has been the big game changer with my fat loss journey.

My family loves this new mommy/wifey a lot more and I couldn’t agree more with them💗💯🙌🏼

I ended up feeling stuck and without real purpose after becoming a stay-at-home mom for 8 years, and re-joined the workforce almost full-time at a stressful ‘safe’ job in the fall of 2019. I was soon without work due to the pandemic.

2020 was a year that I was at a breaking point mentally, emotionally, and physically, but it was also the year I found something special! I realized I can fall in love with my own potential by creating a business I can move forward flexibly in, focused on helping people feel good inside through keto and low carb benefits, positivity and social media for business growth.

I want you to Live a Life where you wake up excited! You have your own time clock and priorities are never in conflict.
