Please be advised all tasks to be actioned for the following day should be sent before 16h00 Monday to Thursday and before 15h00 on a Friday.

Billing details

We use Toggle Track to keep track of the time. Reports are kept and available at any time. We also send the reports to our clients along with their invoices for payment.

We charge R90. 00 / $5.60 per hour.

You will only need to pay us for the hours we work on your tasks.

No extra hidden fees.

Please note T's and C's apply for rush jobs and late payments.

The maximum time spent on a client's project is 20hrs per week.

Our turnaround time for work is maximum 2 business days depending on the size of the task and the time of submission.

It is our mission to finish each task in time before your deadline.

Packages

10 Hours @ R1500. 00

15 Hours @ R2250. 00

20 Hours @ R3000.00

25 Hours @ R3750.00

30 Hours @ R4500.00

Payment rules

Once Off Service: 50% of the total invoice to be paid upfront.

Monthly packages will be billed and due on the last day of the month.

Per hour services are billed and due on the 1st and 15th of the month.

We accept payments via EFT and PayPal.

Every business is unique and pricing structure can be tailor made for your individual requirements.
