GRAMMAR
○ You use はじめまして as a first word of introduction which literally means "how are you doing?". It is formal and polite.
○ Nouns used with particle です work as predicates.
eg. イタリアです。- I am from Italy.
○ お国は どちらですか。[okuniwa dochira desuka] - Where are you from?
This question allows you to ask for nationality. お before a noun "kuni" makes the sentence more polite.
○ This is the question for age...
何歳ですか。[nansaidesuka] - How old are you?
○ And this is the way how you reply to it.
~際です。[~saidesu] - I'm ~ years old.
○ N の N
"No" connects nouns in a coordinate relation, where N¹ belongs to N².
Eg. 桜大学の がくせい。 - Student of Sakura University.
