The decision to seek therapeutic help is never an easy one. Sometimes life can feel as if we are treading water just to keep afloat. Coming from a military family, I am particularly passionate about helping military members, veterans, and their families create calm, find balance, and embrace change so that they can begin to heal and become their authentic selves.

My practice is completely online which allows me to serve clients across Alaska and Virginia. My specialties include working with those who struggle with anxiety, trauma, depression, and life transitions, just to name a few.

I tailor my approach using an integrative framework and utilize evidence-based treatment modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness practices.
I am directive and solution-focused although I encourage your mind to be spontaneous and free flowing in sessions. Being vulnerable isn’t always a bad thing. We will always be working towards a goal for change. You’re the Captain of your sea. I provide the tools while I help you build a boat. My approach provides a safe, accepting, and non-judgmental virtual therapy space for you to come to your own conclusions about how to navigate and live your best life!
