Who we are —

WedSites was created by two partners, who were once like you, newly engaged and trying to figure out the best way to plan their wedding

Thanks for dropping by! I’m Ayla, founder at WedSites 👋🏻

👆🏻 That’s me and my other half on our wedding day. We’re a geeky duo with a combined background in web design, software development, and wedding coordination.

I came up with this idea to create a one-stop shop for wedding planning when my BFF asked me to be her MOH and help her plan a destination wedding in Hawaii.

I couldn’t help but notice that she was completely overwhelmed not knowing where to start and was using a whole heap of different spreadsheets and online tools to keep track of her guest list, tasks, budget, contracts… and I secretly thought to myself, there has got to be a better way to plan a wedding 🤔

So that’s where WedSites comes in!

We’ve created an all-in-one project management platform designed to help modern couples plan their weddings from start to finish in one beautifully organized, collaborative, and ad-free space.
