Wellness & Moi Introduction
Stasi Oates, RYT-200 from Maryland, is dedicated to teaching restorative and vinyasa yoga to encourage living in the present moment, stress relief, and injury prevention & repair.
Today's society glorifies the on-the-go lifestyle leaving little to no room for stillness. While working as a corporate HR personnel, Stasi experienced and observed burnout. She started meditating daily and later learned that the daily practice of yoga can decrease the tension in her body. After 6 consistent months of asana and mediation, she experienced a significant decrease in the swelling in her feet and a regular blood pressure.
At that moment, she understood the value of practicing yoga and dedicating time to overall wellness.
Stasi is known for her high vibration, authentic, non-judgmental teaching style and compassion-centered philosophy. Availing herself to continuous philosophical education from various wellness mentors. Stasi weaves thought-provoking meditations throughout her classes, applying words of wisdom and love.
Apart from yoga, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.
Stasi offers one on one restorative yoga classes and small group classes.
Stasi is registered on Yoga Alliance.
