My name is Tasha Hampton and I am a continuous student of life. In my work, I host meaningful meditation sessions that incorporate breath work and guided sequences as the foundation of an impactful experience. I love sharing my gifts of holding space to help people heal through their growth by guiding them back home to their breath.
A little about me:
I am a certified meditation, yoga, breathwork and sound healing facilitator. In my recent years, I discovered the powerful tool of meditation during my journey to uncovering the my origins of anxiety & depression. Through a couple of years of inner child work and a daily practice of meditation, I have seen a complete transformation in my perspective, my inner health & how I embrace the world. Now it’s my turn to help pass on this practice to others.
