I have a bachelor degree in nutrition and love to cook and create new healthy options. I have my personal and group training certificates as well as pilates, pre/post natal, kids and older adults.
I am currently studying psychological science and counselling.

Ingredients

180g greek yoghurt
30g muesli
1 banana
2 strawberries
1/4 apple
5g flaxseed
1tsp honey

Method

Mix all ingredients and enjoy!!!
